Summary:

The translational science department is seeking a highly motivated and creative research associate to help with training management, software validations and equipment qualifications across Translational Science as they are needed for regulated use. This team member would work across divisions and teams helping to, implement and or guide team members on system impact and strategy for ongoing success of Quantitative Pharmacology Disposition QPD. The successful candidate will support a GLP testing group by enabling system compliance to expand our multiple antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and the immuno-oncology biotherapeutic pipeline.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Help with administration of training
  • Help with equipment qualifications, maintenance, and periodic reviews
  • Write and revise SOPs and perform periodic reviews as needed
  • Help with computer validations for GLP and clinical use
  • Work with Quality organization to ensure compliance
  • Perform equipment or software qualification or validation with guidance
  • Basic understanding of bioanalytical assays and development

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences or related discipline with a minimum 3 years (+BS) or 1 year (+MS) of relevant research/industry experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge in specific areas. Able to instruct and oversee others in immediate expert domains. Able to carry out prescribed work, analysis, and reduction to conclusions with minimal supervision
  • Is familiar with FDA regulations and guidance documents as they pertain to the GLP regulations
  • Detail-orientated person with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and a variety of disciplines
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment and communicate effectively both written and verbally
  • Skill in computer and analytical programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation
  • Familiarity with ELM (electronic learning management) a plus
  • CLIA experience a plus
