Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the cross functional team to support the planning and execution of the launch in Italy. Responsibilities associated with this role include: launch planning, execute a high-quality, refreshing communication and engagement plan, collaboration with field-based colleagues, train the field force on brand strategy & materials, brand tactics and congress plan execution.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen tucatinib launch readiness efforts for Italy in close collaboration with Marketing Director and the local cross functional team
  • Participate in the construction of the revenue forecast for tucatinib’s Business Case
  • Lead and implement Seagen's digital strategy
  • Contribute to the annual cross functional strategic brand planning based off meaningful insights, a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, the competitive environment, and key unmet needs
  • Provide input for the execution of the annual market research plan
  • Contribute to develop commercial tactical planning and lead execution working closely with internal and external partners
  • Co-Lead the design and execution of Seagen’s congress plan and Digital channels strategy and how this integrates with traditional channels
  • Adapt global and regional marketing deliverable and tactics to meet local needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deploy communication training and field tactics
  • Support the Marketing Director in the business evolution analysis
  • Accountable for the accurate monitoring of the promotional budget allocation and spending

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA, Pharm.D., Ph.D. or other related graduate-level degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical working experience, or at least 2 years pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferable in Oncology
  • Savvy and innovative technically, Digit marketing/multichannel engagement experience is preferable
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
  • Thorough understanding of local compliance, pharmaceutical regulations, and processes, as well as a sound ethical approach to business
  • Strong English and Italian language skills
  • Proven team player and collaborator
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
